  Ensure the products are in their original packaging, unused, and include all tags, manuals, and accessories that came with your home goods.

  Handover to Courier

  Our authorized courier partner will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup time from your doorstep at no additional cost.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
